This portable Drilling Rig comes with complete 19′ of rods and 4” x 30” auger head, and powered by electric motor, 1200 watt, 1.6 hp. It is capable of drilling up to 36 feet deep, 4-inch diameter hole (with additional rods) in Moderate Hard Type Soils for sampling and testing, and shallow water wells.
The drilling rig is designed with simplicity in mind for easy assembling and transportation. It is operated by one person to cut the cost of field work. It is so versatile that can be used for subsurface exploration and sampling by geologists, geotechnical engineers, and environmentalists, or just for drilling water wells by farmers, contractors, Do-it-yourselfers, and others.
This state-of-the-art portable drilling machine is the solution for special access site drilling, and for drilling shallow water wells in remote areas worldwide.

- 4” x 30” Spiral Auger Head with 1 ½” pilot head for steady penetration. The auger head is designed for easy removing soil cuttings in the field.

- 1,000 pounds Winch to pull/lower rods and auger head in the hole.
