1- The main shaft, extension, and handle bar are made of one inch diameter high gauge steel round tubing.
2- The 4 feet long main shaft and the additional 2 feet extension are secured by a PTO pins to the auger head. The connection sections are made of welded 1 1/4 inches high gauge steel round tubing.
3- The auger head is made of 6 inches, double spiral walls for added structural strength. The spirals are packed together to carry soil cutting to the surface, and fortified at the end by two thick steel blades.
4- The auger head can be detached by a PTO pin, for easy replacement and transpiration.
5- A heat treated spiral pilot bit is added to the end to provide smooth hole start up and dislodging gravels.
